I am a total fan of at home fitness. Who would have thought? I love biking, but I was one of many who thought I had to slog it out at a gym to get results. One of my favorite trainers is Shaun T. He is a dancer and a fitness trainer. He's fun, upbeat, and is great at cueing and instruction. He has some pretty intense programs, but Cize and Hip Hop Abs are my favorites. This is my ode to him. Thanks Shaun T. Keep up the great work! You're changing lives.
