I am back on the mainland! We arrived yesterday morning and had a wonderful trip filled with wedding hoopla, tropical relaxation, and family. As hard as it is to leave sunny days and beautiful beaches, it is nice to be home. 

Yesterday I began this quick little painting. The photo is a bit more vibrant than the piece—lens issues—but it is a combo of watercolor and Pan Pastel. It is from a carving I found in Hanalei Bay.
