No 59 / Gauge

As I have explored the subject of craft beer the process in which it is made has become interesting to me. There are a gazillion different flavors and subtleties. In getting the chance to go behind the scenes at both Crooked Fence and Bowser Brewing, I am more curious about the process. What does this little gauge do, I wonder?
